Republic Day is the day on which the Republic of India commemorates and celebrates the anniversary on which the Indian Constitution went into effect from January 26, 1950. On this day the India shows its military power and cultural significance on the kartavya path in the heart of Delhi.  Republic day 2024 is 75th Republic day celebration by Indian.

Chief Guest of Indian Republic Day 2024

French President Emmanuel Macron is expected to be the chief guest of the celebration on 26th Jan 2024. On the eve of Republic Day, the President of India addresses the nation.

The Republic Day parade will be held in Delhi on 26th Jan 2024. It will showcase India Military power, Social and cultural Heritage.

Beating Retreat

At the end of  all the Republic day activities , the beating retreat ceremony is held after three days i.e on 29th Jan  each year. It is performed by the band of Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian air force.
